Young Naive Young Naive

I was once young

And so naive

Living in my own world 

Of make believe 

Thinking I was head strong

Never could be possibly wrong

Until one day came and enabled me to 

Shake that disease

And realized I wasn't only wrong

But I was incredibly dumb as well

The only thing I was actually right about was

I was living in a world of make believe

Much like this one I live in today

Now that I still believe 

That same nightmare

Never seems or fails to go away
