You Were Vicious As a Viper

I began shutting down
hard and fast 
the minute you tore my soul out 
with your meanness
you were as vicious as any viper
it amused me that you thought I would care that you left
 after experiencing these words

I have experienced similar, I think, but every situation is unique. Yes, I have wondered why anyone would think I care what they do after they have destroyed me.

They are all about the "me, myself and I" -they give neither of us another thought, Hank. This is what I think.
