You Usually Get What You Reach For

If you are reaching too high you shouldn't have to ask "why?" If you are reaching too low There are things, you may never know If you are reaching too quickly I am afraid, you might end up being sorry If you are reaching too slow Somehow, I think you might never grow If you are reaching too fast Whatever it may be, it will never last If you are reaching for it, tomorrow Today, all you’ll have are sorrows If you are reaching for it too late Well I guess, it’s just never your fate But if you are reaching, just in the right time Then surely, you’ll always be mine By: Wilbert Evangelista Dela Cruz
