You Mean Ask Her

You win the prize I think.
I get to be the one to tell her?
That's not fair.
It was not my idea.
I did not even fully buy into it.
Why was it dropped into my lap?
I am wavering already.
Not sure of the plan at all.
Not even MY plan.
Their plan.
And not the best one.
My friend looks at me and I cannot do it.
I would rather complete the task myself than ask her.
I decide to do myself, and pretend I talked her into it.
Another problem solved me, in a deceptive way,
because I would rather do it myself than cause a stir
This had better be the last time they stick me with their plans!
Sometimes having cousins is not fair.

I usually just do whatever and pretend I did "the deed" I knew I would never do.
