You Lie
When emotion runs for miles
and your smiles fill the shadows in the dark
dreams are filled with envy
visions of you and me create a spark
Wrapped in the cotton sheet
there is your retreat, a hurried life goodbye
you're arms are ever stronger
meant to holder me longer, you lie
Side by side in a warm embrace
your face tells me I am the only one
Perspiration is satisfaction
of the nights action we have done
But when the light breaks horizon
it's not my bed your in, you say goodbye
You say you will find a way,
I'm your night, not your day, you lie
You lie to me with dreamy eyes,
you lie to me with loves disguise,
can't you see I am paralyzed
when you lie with me... just lie to me
