You Just Amaze Me
This is a song that I wrote subconsciously while I was in my TA class.
Wonderin' what you're gonna do,
I'm always worrying 'bout you.
I'm not really for sure why,
I think you're really special though.
You caught my eye,
When you walked by.
When you were teasing me,
I thought I was gonna die;
Die from the laughter you were giving me.
You were pulling pranks and that made me see,
That you're full of amazing things.
Surprises, wonder, and excitement, too;
It's another reason of why I love you.
Wondering what I'm gonna do,
Thinking on how I'm gonna tell you,
That you're the loveliest person that I know.
But how to tell you, though?
You caught my attention
When you were trying to give me a lesson.
A lesson on Love,
And how you compared it to chocolate and a dove.
It's pure like the whiteness,
And sweet like the chocolate;
And ever so lovely is your touch,
I don't know how you do it.
How can you be
So beautiful and sweet,
With out even knowing it?
You just amaze me.
