You Go To Bed and Then

You Go tu Bed and Then 8/31/2023 What makes you think that the sun, you’ll see tomorrow? Few inhabitants of the earth know that ….such sorrow.. . To be grateful for this very, crystalline minute, That sparkles with the sunlight of tomorrow in it. And, yet~ your God can cease your hearts beating. And send you to His arms quickly fleeting.! He sees every single thought you write. Will you read it all to Him in the moonlight? Do you pen-things that inspire, or to create licentious desire? How different our poetry might be, if humanity, we did inspire. May we rise and smile in the morrow’s sunny afterglow . And pen from the best of our hearts, not just a base ego show.

Life is short Pangie -any death is painful but unexpected death seems a betrayal of what we live for. So smile, be happy, be humble and live the moment! Nice write! :)

My friend in Chicago lost her nephew two weeks ago, He was 64! So sad, when a mother has to Bury her only son! I have seen far too many in their thirties and forties… But I understand why young people think death is only for those up in years. A huge error in judgement. I know you understand. "I'm Sandra Dee, look at me" base ego can be lots of fun, not to denigrate the ego, as it has a vital place in life. But Pangie, grateful and full of love should we be as I am, in the twilight of our lives. My mother, has lived her long life and is like you a strong believer, and only exudes a grateful attitude. I hope she lives to 100, but everyone knows that God can cease our heart beat, though through grace, Jesus may administrate CPR! ;D

My Mom lived to be 88!and since she is gone, I feel like an orphan on planet earth.we all seem to thinl that only the older ones die. So we give ourselves leeway?not everyone would give their souls to God each might. Asking Him to return them in the morning! Now do they? If we place our lives on human hands we will be disappointed. I share your hope, may your Mom live in good health to 100.Both our mothers exhibited gratitude. The medical profession seems to want to off the elderly, I fought them, for her life.Her good doctor died at 45 skiing, he was pro life for the elderly.Tale care of your Mom… Wonderful to hear from you,as always. R.J..! You got the point already thank you for saying the poem is powerful. I think younger people especially harbor the feelings they have forever to live. Not so….I did mean, verbatim, there is no promise for any poet, regardless of age, that they will awaken in the morn. Babies,children, teens..nobody has certainty about a sunrise….This day is it! May I live another day to please my God and be able to please those that are around me. Life is to short to worry if a fist will struck us down.. I've already have had that all year and I'm still here. Great write my friend for inspiration of life. I still haven't gotten my car. I am still a foot having to be waited on and I hate that. I am to independent. Hope you are doing well.

Eve, like you, I want to be independent, and I cannot drive anymore, so that is a big blow to my freedom Even with limitations, I am still here ALIVE. Parts for cars, or anything are slow right now, there is a supply chain crisis not caused by you.Even stores are short of products!your attitude toward life is perfect! We all have punches that hurt us,Ouch!..may they make you stronger.you have a loving and strong soul, I admire that greatly! We can only live only one day a time. God comes first,always.
