Notes About The Poem

You Complete Me

My eyes look for you
           My heart bleeds the truth
My spirit enters your soul completely
                    Without you
            I'm a mere shell of a man
A broken piece, a soul split wide open
              A driftwood on the sea
              We are but two halves
               Together, we are ONE
                   And our hearts
                Have wings to soar
       Come, for my fragmented heart...
                 Calls out for thee
                  I weep for thee
To make it whole once again
             By doing the above
                   Reaching up
               You complete me
