Wonderful verses and metaphor. Recently, I saw a great old movie with Sofia Loren and Mastroiani. She helped a young student of theology to follow his vocation and choose the other love. Kierkegaard, also in a strange position, meditated a lot on two kind of love. Your verses, also echoed the movie Thorn bird.
