You Are the Only Medicine That Heart Is Mine

Whenever the heart rises,it make me cry.
I remember you only come.
In this world no one else except you,
my heart does not understand.
Whenever the heart rises,it make me cry.
I remember you only come.
The truth comes from me only.
You are the only one who pleases me.
I am you from me.
Just understand that comes to me.
Staying close to you keeps my heart cheerful.
Again, do not you understand 
how I should stay away from you?
