Yes, it's You, 
The answered prayer in your family. 
The key to break-chain of struggle. 
The light to brighten their dark days. 
The last burning candle. 
The last hope.

Yes, it's You. 
You are the One. 
Yes, it's You. 
When your mum talks about you she cries,
When she thinks about you she smiles into tears. 
She brags about you, 
She loves You. 
She loves You.

You are the One. 
Every time you fall the whole family prays. 
Every move you make the whole world pays attention. 
Every word you say lights the darkness.

You are the One. 
I know you know. 
This was not a Poem. 
But a short reminder that you should not forget that... 
You are The One.
