Somewhere out there
You are remembering me

I can feel you thinking
It's a whisper in my ear

I can hear you calling
Even in my dreams

I can hear your laughter
When I sit in silence
With all of my memories

Why did you go?

Why did you leave me?
Are you coming back to stay?

I can feel you near
When I think of you

Everything that we were
Colors me, as it colors you

We lived on hope
And sunshine together

We dined on dreams
And drank our laughter

We danced beneath the stars
Held hands beneath the trees

And I know you love me
It's in my bones
From my head to my feet

Even separate they feel the intimacy.
