Notes About The Poem

There's a goofy melody that we used to use back ithe late '50's, but i can't think of the name of the song now.  Maybe you can figure it out from reading this spoof.  HVD, everyone!

You Are My --- Oops, Not For Long

You are my Valentine
   You look like Frankenstein
You smell like turpentine
   Your lips like iodine

You wear size twenty-nine
   You mope around and whine
But I like you mighty fine
   You're all I've got ~ You're mine!

Hey, let's split up Valentine's Day poems. 1/2 of your sad one + 1/2 of my silly one, side-by-each, would make one of those great comic clown faces, don't you think?! Cheers, Gershon
