You Are Kindness

You are like the sunshine
Smiling through my thoughts
Creating joy within my heart
Inspiration and insight inside
Where you’ll always remind me why
There is hope, faith and love
A peace that comes from God above

You are like the rainfall
Pouring laughter into my thoughts
Producing pleasure within me
Enlightenment and encouragement
Feelings brought alive by your light
Breathing music through my reflections
Leaving my soul full of acceptance

You are like the stardust 
Twinkling elation through my thoughts
Reminding me why I’m filled with wonder
When I look into your eyes and see
The echo of tenderness looking back at me
Whispering grace that compels me to believe
There is a psalm written across my beliefs
