You Are a Human Being
The little pain that pricked my heart,
when I walked crossing a bleeding street dog,
The black and white spots turned red,
The walking plat form was painted with blood,
That little paw was waning in vain
No soul moved as there was no gain
Hundred buses and motors crossed
Their eyes and heads rolled up and tossed
Ignoring that injured fortune less pet
And putting humanity in serious threat
The whimpering sound slowly soared
The wounds of that dog was never explored
The cries of agony went unheard
Its vision and hope gradually blurred
Its eyes slowly closed and tears slowly rolled
The last few beats cried and roared,
At least one in the crowd could have saved,
Not making my death engraved,
He who caused him that pain,
And made him suffer for his entire reign
Nobody thought and nobody fought,
Life of animals can never be bought
Why this negligence in people’s heart,
Not blood and veins but love makes your heart,
Compassion and kindness are to be preached?
But in humans, humanity is not to be breached,
Born as Human being, being humane also to be born, An ant or a butterfly or an elephant or a swan, All are life, nothing big or nothing small, Nothing worth or nothing at all In the eyes of God all are one, The special one Adam and Eve or you and me without love and mercy feelings, Never in the eyes of God are taken as HUMAN BEINGS
