Yorkshire Humour 6

Upon parking in a no parking zone
a Pastor placed a message on his car.
“I have repeatedly circled this block
I have an appointment to keep
‘Forgive us our trespasser’s’”
Upon returning he found a further message
attached to his car.
“I’ve also repeatedly circled this block
and if i don’t issue a ticket
will lose my job.
‘Lead us not into temptation’”

G'day Harry … and deservedly so. I recall Arthur Daley using a sign 'doctor on call' on his dashboard - very funny Harry - Lindsay

Oh, I love this. Yes, that pastor shouldn't tempt the patrol guy. Too funny, Harry :)

Harry...great one.... I can just see this...I have tried to park in Canterbury many times and circled endlessly until a place came open. Listen to this...used a toilet today in Nairobi....as I flushed I noticed , stamped into the toilet bowl the words: Hindustani Adventures (Obviously they meant ventures...)

Love this. The title alone is great. This rivals some of Mandy's blogs. Would you mind if I sent it to my daughter?
