Yoga

Breathing deeply relaxing the chaotic mind and soul
Stretching to mother nature besotted in the spiritual energies
Mind empty focussing to the enchantment of tradition
Folding bodies flexing into beautiful mind taking positions
Free from anger mind resting from all those everyday thoughts
Meditation unexplainable as one becomes so free
Ending so refreshed feeling the pureness again in me
