Yes, While Evil Spreads Its Long Greedy Hands

Yes, While Evil Spreads Its Long Greedy Hands

In this world wherein poets dare to live
A crazy place where evil flourishes
O' but tis it not true rich barely give
Honey and manna that so nourishes
Yet the greedy ones take all they can get
They screaming loud, "we must have more and more"
We are busy stealing our biggest score
Poet sees this and elaborates
About wickedness, unsatisfied greed
With poetic words what pure truth so states
Of the plight of the hungry so in need.

Yes, while evil spreads its long greedy hands.
Downtrodden organize to take their stand.

We live in a world of evil ! Poets through their powerful rhyme express their dissatisfaction and resentment over the escalating evil and the gap between the rich and the poor ! But the greedy men continue to plunder all the resources nature bestows leaving the poor, poorer ! Great penning dear friend Robert !

A great one Robert..I see greed in any class. One need not be down trodden at all. Joe and Hunter …greed plus. It’s even beyond greed. Ihave seen the downtrodden , so called, make money left and right by theft, avoiding court and no sentences, Here in COME SHOP. TAKE NO MORE THAn 925 hundred from any store, nome will stop you. There is no right or wrong anymore. Pangie pS Congress are thieves, not on my side of the aisle! Pangie
