Yeesh

I’ll never understand the drive To buy or own or wear An item a celebrity Touts, thinking we will care. But many do and run right out To be the first to preen In clothes or shoes they’ve noticed In a fashion magazine. Yet what if that celebrity Does something clearly wrong? Attraction to his products Suddenly won’t be as strong. That won’t be a dilemma For a person such as me, Who would never, in the first place, Purchase anything by Ye.

i've never been a fan of Kanye or his attitude. to his credit he readily admits he has mental health issues, but then declines his meds and shoots off his mouth again. i'm with you ilene - i have no interest in buying merch simply because a celeb endorses it... though you might catch me wearing a baseball jersey with my favorite player's name on the back!

I sure never understood all that stuff. I don’t even like tee shirts with names of places on that I’ve never been to such as New York or L A. Mind you, it amuses me that a footballer cheats on his wife and thousands of men have to buy new trainers. Enjoyed your observations, Ilene. Terry

I'll never understand it, either, Ilene. And just what is the "in" crowd, anyway?

Oh, Ilene, how I agree. I could never figure it out. And, just think, some of these dolts have made fortunes off of human foibles.

I agree Ilene, designer clothes are overrated and too expensive. You can get decent clothes for half the price. Tom

I agree. I can't imagine why anyone would pay for a branded tee shirt, or be a walking ad for anything, especially now when hate is in fashion! Aloha!
