racism's
     fraternal twin
          rose to
               his fever pitch
                    when the pandemic
                          hit; reached his
                               climax.

"Asian hate,"
     violence,
          commonplace.
               victims told...
                    "go back to China!"
                           pathetic example
                                of...

If individuals are at fault they should be punished, but the prejudice and hatred shouldn't be loaded on a whole group ! Beautifully written and I always hear voice raised for justice and human rights. Speaks Volumes April 28, 2023 at 12:08 PM Brilliant wording and so sadly true. We are all too eager to blame solitary individuals for the presumed misdeeds of their race. Told in my favorite poetry form except for rhyme. ( you seem to have mastered the Yalto, Edward :) ) A very poignant poem.
