Writing With Weeping Words
I see you sink deep in my tear
when my heart melts and flows in flood.
You drift from me to a land far
at the end of my promised world.
As my dreams break, drown in despair
I see you sink deep in my tear.
My crumbling sorrow I can’t share,
the fall of pained clouds I can hear.
You have been so near yet so far,
your shadow lies on my moist eyes.
I see you sink deep in my tear
where my love’s disowned debris lies.
You let sunrise colors pass by,
loss of my day I couldn’t bear.
When night descends with weeping sky
I see you sink deep in my tear.
