Ideas of an orchestral poem have spilled onto a page. The story is tuneful and very poetic at this very stage. A poem to be a rhapsody, of instruments with violins. Instruments take shape, and as the symphony begins. The tempo builds, with brightest intensity to engage. Words follow the beat, to a crescendo of intense rage. Now, as the kettle drums implode within their skins. The conductor is in full control, as his baton spins. The percussion again, joins, as the woodwind slows. lyrics soften, and the flute’s melody gently flows. The story is tuneful and very poetic at this very stage. Ideas of an orchestral poem have spilled onto a page.

Thanks Gary. Its funny how so many appreciate the rhyme in my poems, yet rhyming comes with no effort to me, so I think of it as such a small achievement.

Ahh my Beethoven's 5th ! Yes it was definitely one of my best. This one is mediocre in comparison, but I feel like I need L plates on. I had to work out how to add a picture ..lol. The difference between us is that I put words and rhyme into my poetry, You put YOURSELF and feeling into your poetry. Thanks for taking the time to read it. Approval from a Guru means a lot to me D.

Merv is in a Nursing Home Tom. It was a hard decision, but a wise one. I practically live there too. I go every day. He gets the 24 hour attention that I couldn't give. He was in Hospital for 5 whole months, and I cared for him for him at home for 3 and a half months. My own health declined greatly, but now we are both making remarkable progress. Thanks for asking.
