Write Something For Me.
I wrote you a sonnet
you yawned and you sighed,
I wrote you a ballad
you tossed it aside
I wrote you a senryu
you said ,"Much too short!"
I wrote you a cinquain
you had no retort......
So I wrote you a check for a million and five,
and
you said,
"That's more like it,
your talent's
ALIVE!!!"
