Wow

Wow, Christmas in July for me would bring a face I long to see. Hair of red and temper to match, green eyes twinkling, quite a catch. Heart of pure gold, just her way. Would never turn away a stray. A happy song upon her heart. Loved me from the very start. Yes things would be far from calm if Christmas in July brought mom. But if that happened I know I’d be on my way to an ever lasting destiny. Those left behind would wonder why my last Christmas had to be in July. © Jul 22 2010 For Sweethearts, Christmas in July contest

well done... everyone could use a great tribute to Mom. I could picture her with that fiery emotion that most red heads carry. If I could offer any minor advice at all, it would be that "ever lasting eternity" is a bit redundant... but that's easily changed (if you even want to). well done - Kevin
