Worry and Guilt Be Gone

Worry and guilt, be gone.
I push them away, leave them in mud puddles.
Not worried as they drowned a natural death.
They do not intrigue, captivate or hold my interest any more.

Good for you, Caren. I have often said worry causes cancer! My mom was the world's worst worrier (how's that for alliteration) and she died at 42 of melanoma. Guilt...why? We can't change the past, so why feel guilty about it? Wash that guilt right out of your hair and send it on its way. Hmmm....I've heard something like that somewhere before.
