John Puckett Poet Blank verse

Worry

Worry

Do not worry
Do not worry
Bible simply says
Do not worry
Do not worry
Bible’s clear command
I need to hear
Today’s enough
Tomorrow can worry
Its own things about
Just live for today
Through Jesus.

Read about it in Matthew chapter 6!

Christina Chircop March 29, 2026 at 7:00 AM Love this- really uplifting! “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” -Matthew 6:34

Sara Kendrick March 19, 2026 at 4:56 AM Yes, each day has its own problems of which we know nothing about until we are in the middle of them. Thanks for sharing this one with us. Sara K
