World of Dehydration

To hover within The atmosphere With no end in sight Searching for shelter to Silence my own caterwauling Echoes that frighten me Immortality Granted without my consent For seeking eternal love My flesh scattered By savages of greed Only to thirst for more Yet, my heart Has no scent And sits untouched I replenish A world of thirsty mortals With my salted tears Only to see them Vomit my memories One by one
