Words I'll Never Tell You
Our souls split from the same star I think
Yours committed to mine's memory
I recognized you before I met you
And was cursed to love someone I never knew
In that other life, I wonder how we met
Did you know her then? Had you loved her yet?
Maybe in another life we'll do this right
Then again, maybe that's why
Your soul is so familiar to mine
Or will I stay alone until the stars grow cold?
My favorite boy, do you even know?
I found religion in scattered attention
I found the will to live in scraps of glimpses
And now you're gone again
And you'll be none the wiser when
You are my final word
Again
