Words Fill Up My Brain

Words fill up my brain
Spilling onto table tops
 and people’s laps
I try to speak
But my tongue
is too full of words
So they fall out onto a page
Making me a poet
Not an orator

I envy you, Caren, as I am in a creative drought at the moment...

Michelle, send a soupmail to Nina Parmenter. I told her I was out of ideas once and she sent me 10 great ideas. They were fabulous and I wrote up 8 of them the first day I got them. Truthfully she is a HOPEsend for us!

Love this... it's a wonderful feeling to have words spilling into poetry everywhere! ;)

It truly is a great thing to finally find something I can do.
