Woods
Trees surrond me
all so old all used to be free
cool wind wisps by my hair
i am chilled to the bone- not fair
the wooden branches creek as i walk
almost sounding like they could talk
i feel so alone where i stand
as an orange leaf falls on land
i am tired as i sit and stare at the gray sky
waiting for something, someone to walk by
no one does for days
i am left alone in a daze
for some reason i enjoy this
nothing could explain this cold bliss
but soon i am found
my freedom is over i am bound
with arms all around me
oh how i used to be free
