Wonderful World Today

Wonderful world today

What is that familiar noise i hear
High pranks and giggling not so far
Noises of giggling i hold so dear

I close my eyes, and savour the sound
And listen intently to the activity
The laughter, and joy in this playground

It's a wonderful world today
These four gift's from god
In my heart, they will stay

Come here gran, i hear them say
with laughter all around
Let's play gran, says the oldest Jay.

How lucky i am, its such a thrill
to have my little ones so near
I wish that time would just stand still

These little chaps and lassies sure wear one out. The joy of seeing the faces on the youngsters is fabulous. I'm glad your back Kate, sorry to hear that you were poorly :) xx

Indeed you are lucky to be blessed with the joy provided by your grandchildren, Kate. As a mother you know how fast they grow up, so continue to "savour the sound" as long as you can. Love, Carolyn
