Women's Rights

The men own
Us

High schools have
Dress codes geared to girls
Girls will “seduce men” by
What they wear
Oh, by the way
Your shoulder is so sexy
I mean it turns on a guy, right?
Wrong

Since when have we had
A woman as president
Never
Any woman running for
President has been
Voted out

In some work situations
Women make
Less
Women have to work harder
To work their way to the
Top

They call us weak and unable
We belong in the kitchen
They say
At home tending to the children

We get the title
“Like a Girl”
Because we are “not able”
To keep up with the
Boys

Throughout the centuries
Women before us have been
Fighting
For our rights
Let’s continue on with the
Legacy

Awesome. Loved this write. Women comprise half the human race but are not given their due.....why this gender disparity??????????
