Women and Their Weight

No more dieting women! Clothes for adipose only, made for wearing and swimming. Watch the shopping channels, do they hire by the most pounds? Thin models must retire, adipose only? And must be totally round? I remember being twenty-one. American Airlines considered me a blimp? Come now, at 125 pounds, I really was a shrimp! I still am 125 to this very day It was not Chic to be adipose, like it is today. I watch them stretching jeans on TV, they support hugeness by words like "fully expandable" or.... "so comfortable!" They think not of women's health at all. I find it horrifically sad, it's only money they support. My Dad joked about women's clothes fifty years ago. The days when there were limited sizes. Not x, xx, xxxx ad infinitum. We women, tremble at the sight of a gun....Yet...., Do forgot, by being overweight, we pull the finger and end our own life's rigor. 11-19-2020 11-19-2020

Good points in your poem, Pangie. Our motivation to maintain the right weight for ourselves should come from our desire for a healthy lifestyle, not from the advertising industry. Advertising used to tell us "smoke to be cool", now it's "big is cool". I think feeling healthy is cool. Eat right, stay active, drink water, get sleep, and our bodies will thank us!

You listed all the points...these designers make tent clothes. Shame on them. Wonder when they will let the cat out of the bag regarding the dannfers if iPhones, IPadsand wifi? Never.. 5g is a killer. Covid had the most deaths in countries loaded with 5g. China, Italy and NYC..and here we can't wait for more? Begging for death. Amask won't stop 5G. Covid lives 5G. OMG. PANGIE

- "fully expandable" or ...."so comfortable!" ... for sure ... but is fat easy to carry? ... health is important ... eat wisely ... move out of the chair - Not as thin as a sewing needle ... but normal size ...anyone can do it ... will and strength ... have faith in yourself :) - A great poem, Pangie :) - hugs // Anne-Lise :)

Anne-Lise..great points. We must move.we all know if we are expanding...do something. Write down what you eat if you must..people get unconscious. As we age, the last thing we need is weight. Fat does not feel good. Those channels, not kidding.... No morals. Just more big clothes. Live long, eat well and move, even in lockdowns. Drink plenty water. It's not hard. But even kids are so fat. Wow PANGIE

Carrying too much can be harmful putting strain on the heart and other organs. Doesn't help all the nice foods are so fattening. Tom

For men or women, kids or animals....it's a dangerous game. Use a smaller plate and utensils. Like to see all of us live long and write! The shopping channels don't help. Tent size clothes and tempting foods. Doctors do not warn patients. I don't get that. The heart cannot take too much weight. Lots of Good foods available.))) Watch the food poems. Eating is pleasurable. Not worth dying for though! Really! Pangie
