Woman With Feathered Headdress

Woman with the blue feathered headdress, what is your name? You have such a concentrated look, I think you must have some fame. Your eyes are familiar, you are exotic, marvelous, majestic and fine. You must have grown on the loins of a gorgeous gracious goddess’s vine.

brightly colored feathers in an Aztec headdress (the quetzal bird was raised for its beautiful blue-green feathers) stand for royalty and the nobility. Different meanings for different tribes! Really enjoying your poems, Caren!

Natural beauty! In Panama I saw some of this. It was an honor to dance and receive a floral crown from the indigenous people.
