Woman of My Dreams
I used to know him very well
Bestfriends we used to be, almost as one
He would inspire to write and create feelings in verse
Passion would erupt from within my very soul
He taught me of love and how to love
That love has no color nor image
It's not how he looks like but how he makes you feel that matters
His rhymes, his words of love made me believe that maybe I too was a Romeo
And I fell, she is beautiful beyond my understanding
Her hair smells like flowers that are yet to be discovered
A smile fit for an angel
Her body, i cant explain but I freeze when she nears me and I stutter
He tells me she is for me, and I want to believe him
Yet I feel she is way out of my reach
Again he shows me the power of love and I smile
Who would have thought that I was a poet
He tells me who he is and that he is me
Yes I speak of my heart, I want to believe him
I fall for her ever deeper and she begins to walk out of my life
But he damn he tells me to keep trying why wont my heart give up
When i hold her nothing else matters, I love her
