Oh yummm!! I always did love the sound of that stir -fry in a wok, hot, hot pan with that burning oil! And this also reminds me of that tv cooking show that I used to watch as a kid, Wok with Yan-- now that was fun cooking! Really enjoyed reading this Robert, although grrr now I am craving for some Chinese food at 2am o_O--kidding! :D I mean about the grr part, but really my tummy's grumbling now. somehow apple juice doesn't cut it :'(
