Wishing I Was Drake
I gave you everything, but you still thought there was something missing from the plate
My all wasn't enough you always needed more
I came to realize I deserved better love, better than yours
Why should I accept a girl who spent the whole time Wishing I was Drake
You wanted a fantasy man instead of a real one
But I thought you were worth it so I feel dumb
You wanted the man Drake pretends to be in his songs
If you keep expecting that, every relationship will go wrong
I kissed you passionately but you weren't impressed because i couldn't sing
I cooked for you, but never gave you a ring
I held you close, but I couldn't provide the world
You didn't want me because I'm not Drake, but I really liked you girl
You said every guy should try to be Drake
I replied I'd try if you turn into Sasha Grey in bed
You acted shocked and went you couldn't believe what I said
I laughed and said it's no different to what you said to me babe
Go and find your Drake because I won't be
If I'm not enough then I don't want you near me
I gave you everything, but you thought something was missing from the plate
Why would I settle for someone who spent the whole time Wishing I was Drake
