Wishful Thinking
The most fascinating of things that are divine,
is the creation of
those with the
ability to fly.
So free to soar
with the wind through
there wings, as they
float above the earth
so nonchalantly.
I wish an angel
I can be, so
like the birds I
can spread my wings
and become free.
Free of troubles
ridding me of all
pain an agony, how
I long for peace
among my family.
Realizing to
obtain serenity we
need understanding,
through it all
I maintain
my own sanity with
hopes of change with
my thoughts that’s my actuality…
