Be as you wish to seem. By Socrates
I stood in a ditch, shrouded by darkness
I felt void as if the universe was falling apart
The wind moved silently through tree emptiness
Was it a hell that varied according to a sin chart?
There was utterly no vitality in the twilight
My restless soul vanished into stimulating sight
I prayed nonstop for meekness and delight.
What is my wish—a shooting star just for me?
I wish for world peace and a wagerer world spree
and that the kids of earth will not be hungry.
The sight of a single light gave me hopefulness
The sky was bathed in the light of magic heart
Then I gazed in awe as the moon rose bright
My kids, you are the stars that cure timeless glee.
