Wisdom Wears the Crown
Place crown upon the head of wisdom
Cast eyes upon the warmth of love
Watch evil collapse against the act of selfless kindness
With blessing bestowed from God above.
Release the humble from its vain constraints
Flow free the goodness from your veins
Spare others endless pain
Tie alter ego up with chains.
Silence is a mediator, a referee and judge
When sometimes all you ever needed
was just a little tiny nudge
To let go of anger and holding onto grudge.
Suffer fools and play their guitars
Sing their silly songs with them
Say no more when anger baits you
Shine bright like a brand new star.
Don’t wait for them to invite you
Say your peace be who you are
For it is wisdom who is winner
And will always wear the crown!
