Another snowy day to embrace the peaceful pause.

Winter's Serenity

Winter's Serenity

                               Downy white snow falls,
                               Embracing trees bony boughs,
                               Calm, sequestered birds,
                               Purring, preening feral cats,
                               A sprawling landscape, serene.
