Winter Trees
Winter trees reach stark into the sky
Branches filled with treasured emptiness
Nerve ends intimately touching nothing
Drawing effortlessly light and life
From the ever reappearing source
Their structured intention always to bring
Energy and beauty
To the waiting world.
