Winter Morn Smiles On and On
Snowflakes are falling, enthralling this tranquil dawn,
Adorning landscapes glistening withering green lawns,
As snow-dust is zigzagging, whirling in fleeting storm
Where pine trees are whistling on snow-covered hills
Enchanting glamorous zeal of sunlit dawning appeal
Sparkling frozen droplets on twigs of shuddering trees
Glittering distant vistas, illuminating crystalline cliffs.
Opaline arc of horizon scintillates in golden sun rays
Sprinkling amethyst tints on flaming magenta blaze
Refracting beams in puddles, glinting thawing streets
As squirrels venture out, amid ambling human beats,
When all-clear is announced by endearing birdsongs
Welcoming, anew, exuberance of picturesque dawn
Blushing visage of chromatic-morn smiling on and on.
