Winter Love

snow dances lightly

white upon her black long hair

                                                      winter love blessing

I love snow, and tend to read all poems posted about it. This is a good example of the Americanized form of Tanka (man and nature). Lovely poem, David.

This is 5-7-5 Haiku. Ain't it fun. You have a lot of comments to respond to. Glad I don't get as many as you do. You are right in there. James Thomas Horn, Retired Veteran
