I have two cats...They stay on top of the house most of the time...I have a fenced back area that is safe for them then inside of that I have pen with a dog house that has been altered so that cats can get in and not the dogs..My dog can go out the doggie door and access this area so the cats stay on top of the house except when the dog is not at home and I am out there..In the winter they go in the dog house at night and sleep together for warmth.. My grandson goes out and pets them...Sara
