It's been a weird winter, I'm not sure it was cold enough for long enough to do any good; there are tulips coming up in my neighbors yard and last night it got down to 29 degrees! Well penned of the cold.

Agreed. Here in Malta, we have a lot of new buildings going up and dust is everywhere. A bit of rain cleanses everywhere.
