Winston Churchill

Sir Winston Churchill
His wit and charm lives on still
 Whiskey always touched his lips
For every morning he took a sip

Congrats on your fine win, Joseph. Somebody once told me that Churchill never had words with his wife...instead he saved them for the enemy! // paul

Congratulations on your clerihew. My mom being British always followed one of his sayings, "Stay calm and carry on". A little nip probably helped Churchill do that.
