Wings of the Evening

The day is folding
Like moths when they close their wings
          Skies have turned crimson
               With butterfly reflections
                    Till fireflies gather night

Yes, Carrie, this is the organization of tanka I like to use, mainly because I haven't explored any further. Your piece is so sensitive and full of color I want to read it again and again. Love, daver
