'windswept'

so this is it? we are calling it a day even though it's night who said we can't change the rules? it is just a simple line between here and there in the middle is where we're suppose to exhale but you decided to inhale would be best who knew that would be like a new start walking away should not have been a factor.. windswept we were bold steps were needed, no one said we should do it all in one day... take your time… 19/05/2011.. 13:30

I definitely enjoyed reading this again, Missy! And yes, haha I still feel like singing (ok actually singing that song, haha see my comment below)--yes not related but the title made me think that . I really like what you say here, of how amidst being windswept, we can still take our time, & take it slow (haha Noo, now I'm thinking of a John Legend song, Ordinary People!) come to think of it, that song fits this! oh geez. ok ok. I'm stuffing it. Haha.:D Super congrats on your win! mwahugs!

Hon, people rush into love so fast sometimes. "Infatuation" doesn't last, but when you take time to really get to know your partner and still have that loving feeling, it's so special. Wonderful poem! Love, Carolyn

Windswept we can be at times Wilma, and sometimes a step back to reflect is required before we advance. Fine poetry indeed....:)

Good morning, Wilma!! and a painful one it will be for me... ;-) but, in a better be worth it way.. And where is Nikko?? lol, anyways.. this poem sure makes me want time on my side. I begged my heart to stay under the condition. Only if the wind blew us back to that one day, sadly it was to late because time took me alother way. A wonderful title, "windswept" takes my mond with many thoughts here... Enjoy your ,, let me see. ... my day= your night.. xoolio,..p.d.
