Winds of Change
WINDS OF CHANGE By James Edward Lee Sr.
It's the darkness, yet God spoke light
He spoke A word there was life
This the dawn of the first autumn
The winds of change
I am co created by God the Father
Along with my earthy father and mother
While along the son still shines
The winds of change
Now being human, isn't privilege
It is a gift that God gives us
Once a young boy
But I started to grow
The winds of change
The grasses are growing, flowers blossoming
The trees branches are waving to God
The roots at the bottom of the trunks are kneeling
I find this myself quite odd
The winds of change
The spring seasons give reason for the butterflies
While by and by I grow into manhood
I spy a woman I ask her would she be my bride
This is in the frozen of winter
The winds change
In the heat of the summer co creativity
Now growing now married with a family
The sun rises as the family 2 now grows to 3
Where is the time going
Now into night day has passed
The winds change
